Introducing PN14, a 10-lot residential development in Glen Innes. Stately Plumbing was brought in from the early stages of construction to deliver the complete plumbing scope across the development.
With multiple homes progressing alongside each other, the work required careful coordination at every stage. Our team was involved throughout the build, carrying out the plumbing and drainage work from the early construction stages through to the final fit-off.

The result is a completed development of 10 large brick homes, designed with families in mind. Each home includes an accessible bathroom, a powder room, its own garden, patio and driveway, creating practical and comfortable spaces for families of all generations.
