What’s included
Seven areas, checked properly.
A detailed visual assessment of your accessible plumbing, gasfitting and drainage — looking for leaks, damage, wear and potential problems.

Isolation valve, visible pipework, accessible valves and connections

Taps and tapware, toilets and cisterns, sinks and basins, visible leaks and damage
Hot water system
Hot water cylinder or gas unit, valves and connections, visible leaks, signs of damage or deterioration
Gasfitting & gas appliances
Gas pipework, accessible connections, gas appliances, visible damage or deterioration
Drainage & gully traps
Gully traps, cesspits, accessible drainage points, signs of blockages or poor drainage, slow drainage or gurgling

Your Health Report
Every item rated
You’ll get a comprehensive Health Report with a clear overview of what was inspected and the condition of each area.
Each item gets a 1–5 rating, ranging from health and safety or operational risks requiring attention, through to lower-priority items and life-cycle replacements.
Each area is addressed separately, with clear explanations and photos so you can easily find the location and understand any issues found.
At the end, we provide a summary of recommended work and, where applicable, a fixed-price quote. There’s no obligation to proceed.
What’s not included
Some issues can’t be fully assessed through a visual inspection alone — particularly drainage and non-visible systems such as underground pipework.

What is included in the Health Check?
We assess the accessible plumbing, gasfitting and drainage systems around your property, including key fixtures, connections, pipework and drainage points.
Who carries out the Health Check?
All Health Checks are carried out by one of our senior qualified tradespeople.
How long does the Health Check take?
The time depends on the size and layout of your property. We allow enough time to properly assess the accessible areas included in the Health Check.
What will I receive after the Health Check?
You’ll receive a digital Health Report with photos, findings, condition ratings, recommendations and indicative cost estimates for any work identified.
Are repairs included?
No. Repairs and specialist investigations are not included. If you decide to proceed with recommended work, we’ll provide a separate fixed-price quote.
What if you find something that needs further investigation?
We’ll explain what we’ve found and recommend the appropriate next step. This may include CCTV, hydro jetting, root cutting or other specialist investigations.
Do I have to proceed with recommended work?
No. You remain in control throughout the process. There is no obligation to proceed with further investigations or recommended repairs.
Can I get a printed copy of my report?
Yes. A printed copy can be provided and mailed on request.
