Elmdon & Bede: 20 walk-up apartments for Kāinga Ora

Stately Plumbing collaborated with Constructa Ltd to complete a project for Kāinga Ora, resulting in the construction of 20 walk-up apartments. The apartment configuration included 1 one-bedroom unit, 16 two-bedroom units, and 3 three-bedroom units, spread over a total land area of 2,982 square metres. Stately Plumbing was responsible for overseeing and executing all the plumbing works for this project.
